The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • All your orders are processed within 24 hours. As soon as your order is verified, we quality check them, and ensure proper and safe packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Your orders are then shipped from our fulfillment center to your location. International delivery usually takes about 5–7 business days but due to Covid-19 protocols, some areas may take 7-10 days. Orders from the US are shipped via epacket, etc, which is a US Postal Service product.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days upon purchase. However, we will only accept item/s subject for return/exchange if they are unused and still in their original packaging. Shipping fees apply.

To ensure quick processing, please provide us with proof of payment and order confirmation number upon return of items.

*Please note that damages due to wear and tear are not covered by manufacturer warranty. Refunds are allowed within 7 days upon purchase provided that items are in good condition.

Our system AUTOMATICALLY sends out an order confirmation once an order is placed. If you completed your order but did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.

If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your Spam folder, kindly check the email address you have provided or contact us with an alternate email address and we will resend your confirmation.

We will send you a confirmation email including your order details and shipping information as soon as we receive your order.

You will also receive a separate email from us with your order’s tracking number and tracking info.

In case you received a damaged item, please send us an email with a photo that clearly shows where the damage is.

In the event that you have received an incorrect item, you may send us an email with a photo of the barcode and the label on the item so we can verify and check with our dispatch team.

Once completed and placed, your order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

If you receive a message indicating that tracking information is unavailable for your parcel, it doesn’t mean that your package hasn’t been mailed. It may mean that:

There has been a delay between when your parcel was scanned and the availability of tracking information online. Please check again later.
Tracking information isn’t available yet. This may be the case in rural locations, or when information is provided by foreign postal administrations. Please check again later.
